Supervisor

The Town Supervisor is the Chief Executive Officer and is responsible for the day to day activities of town government. The Supervisor acts as Chairman of the Town Board but is equal in vote to the other members. The Town of Horicon Supervisor is also the Chief Fiscal Officer and creates the tentative budget to present to the Town Board. As Supervisor, they also represent the Town at the Warren County.

Town Board

The Town Board, consisting of 4 council members and the Town Supervisor, oversees the Town's Departments and day to day management. Through discussion, information gathering and public input, the Board steers the Town's direction financially and progressively.

The Town Board meets at 7:00 pm on the third Thursday of each month in the Horicon Community Center. The public is encouraged to attend.
