American Rescue Plan Act (ARPA) Application for Funding

The Horicon Town Board is seeking ideas and proposals on how best to allocate $137,000 in federal ARPA relief funds on eligible projects. A public forum will be held on April 13, 2022, at 6pm at which time interested indivduals / organizations may make a presentation in support of their funding requests. The Town Board intends to review, discuss, and deliberate all proposals and make financial awards in as an equitable process as possible.
